Capes to Condos

Central Vermont's towns vary from less than 1,000 residents to as many as 10,000. They are as urban as the state capital and as rural as Roxbury with fewer than 15 residents per square mile.
Housing options are as different as the communities offering them. More than half the region's housing units are owner occupied.
The housing stock consists of condominiums, duplex homes, country farmhouses, city houses, and apartments. Housing prices are usually well below East Coast prices, but higher than housing in the Midwest.
